    Sessions are designed meet your individual needs, to challenge and to bring out the best in you. You will be encouraged to reach your full potential with the help of a personalised exercise plan, along with much information surrounding dietary changes and helpful life-style choices that are specific to your individual needs. We will apply well-practised methods and I will offer support and advice along the way.

  • PROGRESSIVE

    After just a few sessions you should start to feel an improvement in your strength, fitness, and energy levels. Aside from looking great, exercise coupled with a well-chosen diet plays a strong part in maintaining optimum health. It can be very powerful in reducing the signs and symptoms of many health conditions that present themselves as we get older. An improvement in posture, muscle-tone and bone-density, increased metabolism, a reduction in stress and a boost in confidence are just some of the rewards.

  • LOW-RISK

    I believe in training sensibly and I am always conscious of possible limitations. Correct technique is prioritised and care will be taken around existing conditions. Training will be well-balanced to challenge without compromise. You are invited to work at whatever pace suits you, and will progress at your own speed.

 

I hold an RQF Level 3 qualification in Planning And Delivering Personal Training and am committed to improving my knowledge in this area.
