NUTRITION

Choosing which foods will benefit us most can be tricky. Maintaining self-control is another issue! When faced with 'forbidden' foods we can feel overwhelmed with desire which leads to an inner battle with ourselves. By learning how to manage your diet, what foods you should limit and those which can be enjoyed in abundance, you can create a new way of eating that you can feel good about instead of feeling deprived.
